Sometimes your body needs a big hit of nutrients and what better way than through a delicious herbed pesto.
2 handful of mixed herbs ( basil, dill, parsley, Mint)
2 cloves crushed garlic 1 capful of apple cider vinegar 1/4 lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper
Method: Blend all ingredients until smooth
Serve with seed crackers, vegetable sticks or on a platter board.
