CCC Balls stand for Coconut, Cashew and Collagen Balls. These are snack saviour! Full of essential fats, a drop of calcium, magnesium and protein to round it off. Perfect for tiding you over to the next meals without developing a sugar crash!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut butter (or 2 cups of flaked coconut)
2 cups raw cashews
16 dates
4 heaped tbsp collagen powder (I use ATP Science Vanilla Collagen)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp of salt
Method:
Blend until it resembles a crumb, It may bind together depending on the juiciness of your dates.
Date Balls Option:Portion into 1 tbsp, and roll into balls.
Slice Option: if you want to save time, pop the mixture into a slice tin and push down. Slice into squares.
Store in the fridge
