The following foods can provide symptomatic relief for bloating:
**Please avoid drinking anything cold 15 minutes prior to eating and until 15 minutes post eating. This supports increasing your digestive capacity.Â
Ginger: fresh with meals or in a tea
Peppermint tea
Peppermint Essential Oil: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a carrier oil such as olive/ coconut oil and rub onto your stomach to relieve trapped gas
Magnesium:Â Take a dose of magnesium supplement
Fennel:Â chew the seeds, or have as a tea
Apple Cider Vinegar:Â 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 20ml water 10 minutes before eating
