This recipe requires a slow cooker and is perfect for a cold Winter night or as meal prep!
Serve it with cauliflower rice or mash potato
Ingredients:
700g Beef Skirt Steak or Chuck Steak, diced
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 head broccoli, including stalk, chopped
1 cup green peas
1/4 Jap Pumpkin, chopped
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
1/4 large cabbage, finely chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup bone broth
1 Tin chopped tomatoes
Method:
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
Serve on a bed of cauliflower or potato mash!
