Slaw, Coleslaw


3 carrots, grated

½ cabbage, grated

1 apple, julienned

1 cup of mint leaves, finely diced

1 cup of parsley, finely diced

1/4 cup thyme leaves

1/4 cup of hulled tahini

1/4 cup olive oil

1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to season


Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, and toss thoroughly.

Serve as a side to your favourite main
