Chocolate Cookies


Ingredients:

Dry:

1/2 cup almonds

1/4 cup of coconut flour

1/4 cup of tapioca flour

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup raw cacao powder

2 tbsp carob powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda


Wet:

1 egg

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup honey


Method:

Preheat oven to 180° and line a tray with baking paper

Add dry ingredients to a blender, and process until it forms a flour consistency. Pour into a large bowl.

To the bowl, add in wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Roll into biscuit sized balls and flatten on the tray.

Bake for 15 minutes until firm and gooey.
