Brownie


Dry Ingredients:

1.5 cups almond meal

3 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 cup lsa meal 1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 cup cacao powder

1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

1/2 tbsp bicarb soda

100g organic dark chocolate

***Optional: 1/2 cup chopped macadamias


Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut nectar or honey

2 eggs

1 cup coconut yoghurt

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted


Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a small tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.

To the dry ingredients, add the honey, eggs, yoghurt and coconut oil, and stir to mix through. This should achieve a wet and runny mixture.

Pour the mix into the prepared tray and bake for 30-35 minutes. It's ready when you stick a skewer in the centre and it comes out clean.
