10 Minute Chicken Soup

This is a goody for a quick lunch, or pre prepare it to take to work with you.

Feel free to use different vegetables and proteins that you prefer i.e. beef, tofu and personalise the soup :)

I use bone broth in this recipe, however if you don't have bone broth handy I recommend using 1 tbsp of a Nutra Organics broth powder of choice + 1 cup of water

1 serve of cooked chicken

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/2 carrot, finely chopped

1/2 a zucchini, finely chopped

1/4 cup cooked WILD rice or quinoa

1 cup of bone broth

1 cup spinach

Salt and Pepper to taste

To Top Your Soup:

- 1 cm grated ginger

- 1cm grated turmeric

- 1 clove garlic, freshly crushed

***Optional: Chilli, fresh or dried


To a pot, add all the ingredients. Heat on the stove until boiling.

Turn off the heat, pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice.
